Scientific and Technical Support Services Next Generation (SciTech NG)

Welcome to the ERT Team's SciTech NG Web Site!

ERT is proud to announce it is one of five companies awarded the Scientific and Technical Support Services Next Generation (SciTech NG) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

The SciTech NG IDIQ is NOAA’s largest scientific and technical support services contract, designed to be used across all of NOAA’s line offices: National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service, National Weather Service, National Ocean Service, Ocean and Atmospheric Research, and National Marine Fisheries Service. The vehicle will support NOAA science missions by conducting scientific and technical research and experiments; developing and using predictive models, new observing systems technologies, new analytical and forecast tools in weather, climate, solar, ocean, coastal and ecological assessments, monitoring, data assimilation/dissemination, and predictions; and developing scientific assessments and information products to enhance public education and guide government action.

“We are ecstatic with the award of this contract and the opportunity to continue and expand our science and technology support to NOAA,” said Dr. Jingli Yang, ERT’s CEO. “We will continue to work with NOAA as a trusted partner to provide outstanding scientific and technical support for NOAA’s crucial missions.”

ERT’s Teammates include Wyle, Inc., SGT, Inc., and Short & Associates (S&A). Our team complements ERT science capabilities with reach-back expertise in NOAA and NASA space-borne science remote sensing and mission support.
